You are eligible for a full refund if you meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Your refund request is made within 3 days of your purchase date.
- Usage Limit: You have consumed less than 100 credits since your purchase.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Payment transaction ID or receipt
- Reason for refund request
- Refund requests that meet the eligibility criteria will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once a refund is processed, any remaining credits from the purchase will be removed from your account.
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- More than 3 days have passed since the purchase
- More than 100 credits have been consumed
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Free credits or bonus credits
We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount.
If you have a subscription plan:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period
