AI Image Video, a product by Velocentra Co., provides image and video creation tools at aiimagevideo.io. This policy explains how we access, collect, use, store and share information. The homepage and this policy are available without signing in.
Google sign-in requests only the basic identity scopes openid, email and profile. We receive your account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture when available. Our authentication system may store the OAuth tokens and expiry information returned by Google to complete authentication and maintain your account connection. We do not receive your Google password or request Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, calendars or YouTube data.
We use these details to create or identify your account, sign you in, display your profile, provide support and prevent account and credit abuse. Google account information is not sent to image or video providers as generation input. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google account and authentication records are stored in our application database and processed by the hosting, database and authentication services needed to run sign-in. Access is limited to operation, support and security needs. We retain these records while your account is active and handle deletion requests as described below. Records needed for legal obligations, billing disputes or security investigations may be retained for those purposes.
We use providers for hosting, databases, storage, Google authentication, email, payments, analytics and AI processing. The AI provider for a requested workflow receives the prompts, media and generation settings needed to perform it. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share. Providers process information needed to deliver their services and may operate in different countries. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Generated task and chat history is normally visible for seven days. Older files may move into a restricted operational archive; database records, billing records and backups may remain. Disappearance from the workspace or removal from history does not mean every stored copy has been permanently deleted.
To request access, correction or deletion of your account, Google account information, uploads, generations or archived copies, contact support@aiimagevideo.io from your account email and identify the data concerned. We may verify account ownership. We remove data that is no longer needed, subject to legal, accounting, fraud prevention and security requirements; backup copies may remain until normal rotation.
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorization but does not automatically delete data already held by AI Image Video; contact us for deletion. We do not promise indefinite storage of creative files, so download outputs you want to keep.
We use HTTPS, authentication and access controls. Authentication credentials are not exposed as public generation parameters. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We publish policy updates here with a revised date. Contact support@aiimagevideo.io for privacy questions or requests.
